Beyond managing the reception area, this role involves leveraging subtle sales techniques and product knowledge to connect customers with the treatments and services that best suit their health goals.Core Responsibilities: •Warm Reception & Inquiry Handling: • Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor, helping set the tone for a positive experience. • Promptly answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing clear information about treatments, pricing, and scheduling. •Appointment Coordination & Administrative Tasks: • Efficiently schedule and manage appointments, ensuring timely patient flow and minimizing wait times. • Assist with basic administrative duties such as billing, collecting payments, and updating patient records. •Sales & Service Promotion: • Identify opportunities to suggest additional treatments, wellness packages, or follow-up services that align with patient needs and interests. • Communicate ongoing promotions, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs to enhance patient value and encourage return visits. •Brand Representation: • Maintain a polished reception area that reflects the Alive brand—organized, welcoming, and professional. • Uphold brand standards in all interactions, ensuring that patient trust and comfort remain top priorities.Skills & Expertise: •Customer Service & Sales Acumen:Prior experience in a front-desk or customer-facing role, coupled with the confidence to make service recommendations that feel natural and helpful. •Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Exceptional listening and speaking abilities, empathetic engagement with patients, and a calm, patient-centric approach. •Organizational & Tech Skills:Comfortable using scheduling software, basic office applications, and point-of-sale systems; able to multitask and handle busy periods effectively.Ideal Background: • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or related administrative role, preferably within a healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or service-oriented environment. • Some background in sales or upselling products/services in a manner that aligns with genuine patient benefit. • A passion for health, wellness, and helping people feel their best.
