The Campus Ambassador will be responsible for communication, presentations, marketing, networking, and sales activities to promote the university on campus. ·Liaison with Admission & Marketing team for establishing proper understanding of stakeholders ·Coordination with inhouse team for delightful experience of visitors (Parents & students) on campus ·Enhancement of Marketing & Branding activities on campus & across India (if needed) ·To organize & conduct brand building sessions in Graduate colleges ·Providing customer experience via Delight Channels ·Display excellent customer service skills ·Demonstrate ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary ·Responsible to rectify any gaps which are identified by stakeholders during the visit ·Manage Events like Symposiums (Corporate Guests), Alumni Reunions, Research/Case Study Conferences ·Judiciously follow the SOP of the Stakeholders visit. ·Work with the Admissions Club on Campus and ensure visiting student/parents queries are resolved ·Counselling Students/Parents on the benefits of pursuing their education career at Universal AiQualifications Strong communication and presentation skills Marketing and networking abilities Sales skills and experience Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team Interest in AI and future technologies Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
