Job Role-Manager (Academic Administration)- CFBESPJIMR Centre for Family Business and Entrepreneurship (CFBE)aims to promote an entrepreneurial mind-set and catalyse the sustainable growth of family business and community entrepreneurship ecosystems. ( know more-Manager in CFBE will perform below responsibilities:EXAM SUPERVISION : Overseeing the examination & result declaration process - Cross checking all evaluation components, AOL mapping etc.Cross checking the evaluation tracker & suggesting the course of action. Ensuring smooth conduct of examinations and managing the misdemeanour cases. Monitoring the grading process, cross checking the grading sheets and results. LEADING A TEAM FOR ACCREDITATIONS- Overlook the accreditation process and ensuring that the timelines are adhered to. Attending the AOL meetings and cross checking the AOL reports. LEADING THE ANNUAL BUDGETING EXERCISE : Annual Budget - Preparing annual budget for Centre, Programme and tracking expenses OVERSEEING ACCOUNTS - Visiting Faculty payments - Cross checking visiting faculty payment requisitions for sessions, travel & conveyance bills, DIV & FIV honorarium etc. COORDINATING REGIONAL/OFF-SITE IMMERSIONS : Regional Immersion - Identifying the tier II/III cities & partner schools for regional immersion. Getting in touch with the partner schools after discussion with ED, CFBE. Coordination for logistics, travel, local transport, evening events, alumni meet & greet, industrial visits, etc. LIASIONING WITH THE CFBE ADMAP committee- Attending meetings, helping the committee for events. LEAD ADMINISTRATION OF VARIOUS CENTRE PROGRAMMES AND INITIATIVES:GCPE / SYB/ LiFE / Sashakt / Any other programme offered by CFBE STRATEGIC SUPPORT TO FMB PROGRAMME- Help in identification of faculty, and any other strategic activities CONTRIBUTE TO OVERALL GROWTH OF CFBE- Overseeing the Coordination for research activities and surveys ANY OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS : As required, as directed by the reporting manager.Qualification:Master's Degree preferred. Minimum Graduation with decent academic record.Other Details:Should have team handling experience of Minimum 2 years.
