Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to improve skills and performance. Define quarterly goals for the team, approve ad strategies, and oversee campaign execution for your allocated brands. Manage campaigns for assigned brands, ensuring effective setup, optimization, and ROI. Assign tasks, monitor brand performance, and resolve any operational issues. Work with content, design, and marketing teams to align strategies and creative assets. Report to the Director of Performance Marketing with insights and recommendations.Qualifications: 3+ years of performance marketing experience, with team leadership skills. Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and A/B testing. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM is a plus.
