Job Title: Veeva CRM Technical Architect Location: Pune/Mumbai Experience: 10 to 15 yearsVeeva CRM , Veeva Align, Exp with any SFDC deployment Tools like Copado , Flossum etc. Good-to-Have Experience with ServiceNow (or any other Support tool) , SFDC Certification (Preferably Admin)SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Closely work with Business, upstream and downstream applications and help troubleshoot all the Veeva's multichannel products including CLM, Approved emails, Myinsights, MC cycle plans, Alignments. 2 Closely work with all the stakeholders and different applications 3 Closely work with development and testing teams to diagnose,troubleshoot and resolves complex issues 4 Should be able to handle inquiries regarding technical issues, information requests on application capabilities, advice customer on the product as SME 5 Provide coordinated support for new releases and configuration changes into production 6. Responsible for ticket or customer escalation and drive progress until resolution
