Position: Full-Time Visual Merchandising Specialist Experience Required: 5-6 Years Location: Multiple Retail LocationsBlue Buddha is looking for a creative and strategic Visual Merchandising Specialist to elevate the visual presentation and customer experience across our retail locations. This role requires a deep understanding of brand identity, current trends, and communication strategies.Key Responsibilities:Visual Design and Strategy: - Design window displays that reflect the brand's aesthetic and current trends. - Plan and execute visual communication for seasonal changes and special promotions. - Create conceptual POPs for campaigns aligned with the Go-To-Market (GTM) calendar. - Develop and maintain a unified design language across all stores.Innovation and Research: - Conduct research to identify and implement innovative strategies that enhance customer engagement and optimize brand perception. - Evaluate the effectiveness and recognition of visual communication initiatives.Collaboration and Support: - Coordinate with marketing, zonal VM teams, and other stakeholders for seamless execution of artwork and campaign materials. - Provide support to the front-end team to ensure timely campaign execution. - Assist HR, Marketing, and other departments with visual communication needs for internal campaigns.Merchandise Management: - Stay informed about new products, trends, and competitor strategies. - Implement and adapt the company's visual merchandising techniques to enhance product display and store image.Team Leadership and Development: - Manage a team of visual commercial staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and efficiency. - Participate in loss prevention efforts and inventory management.Qualifications and Education Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Design from NIFT, NID, or Pearl.Preferred Competencies & Skills: - Strong creative and design abilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Effective vendor management and problem-solving skills. - Ability to adapt to changing environments.Working Conditions: - This is a full-time, office-based role requiring travel to different store locations.Compensation: A competitive salary package, commensurate with experience.How to Apply: vedant@Blue Buddha is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
