Develop and implement sales strategies to generate revenue from MICE segments, including corporate clients, event organizers, and travel agencies. Identify potential leads, actively pursue new business, and grow existing client accounts. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion. Driving assigned targets for Regional Sales Office Engage with Hotel Teams to drive required performance parameters for both B2B and Retail Segments Create regular monthly connect with Hotel GM’s on hotels performance indices and improvement plans Review and guide RSO/SO performance to achieve required performance parameters. Manages the Sales budget to enable development of property specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet company objectives.
