Position Overview Join our People & Places team as a Technical Recruiter and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, specifically emphasizing technical hiring. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be a key player in our talent acquisition process, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. This is a 1-year Contract role based in Bengaluru, India. You can work in a hybrid mode.Responsibilities Data-Driven Recruiting:Develop and implement recruiting strategies for various technical roles within your assigned group. This involves understanding the talent market, internal referrals, and aligning these insights with external talent availability. Talent Partner:Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, leadership, HR, and Finance partners. Work with a global recruiting team to improve and implement recruiting programs. Be flexible in taking on additional goals and projects as needed. Innovative Sourcing:Create and apply unique sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn. Explore new recruiting tools and techniques, with a focus on diversity recruiting channels. Candidate Assessment : Interview and screen candidates, providing recommendations to hiring managers. Share metrics and market data regularly to identify hiring trends and guide talent decisions. Candidate Engagement:Excel in candidate outreach, storytelling, and marketing using social platforms, tools, media campaigns, and other digital platforms. Offer Process:Clearly articulate and negotiate job offers with candidates, covering all aspects such as salary, stock options, benefits, bonuses, and relocation.Minimum Qualifications A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on technical hiring. Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and stakeholder management. Track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and closing passive candidates for technical roles. Demonstrated use of data-driven approaches to analyse and optimise the recruitment process.
