Job Description Position: Lead/Sr. Executive Verification & Validation (Experience : 4 to 6 Year, Electronics Industry) The Lead/Senior Executive in Verification & Validation will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of LED Drivers and SMPS products through comprehensive testing, validation processes, and collaboration with stakeholders. The role demands expertise in technical, process, and vendor management while driving innovation and ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Proficient in LED Driver and SMPS technology, ensuring all required technical skills are applied effectively. Comprehensive Testing: Conduct and manage electrical, thermal, surge, HV, and endurance testing of LED Drivers and SMPS. Documentation: Prepare and validate all documentation in alignment with product specifications and quality standards. Manufacturing Processes: Proficient in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and MI (Manual Insertion) processes to ensure high-quality outputs. Vendor Management: Conduct thorough vendor audits, provide solutions for non-conformities (NCs), and collaborate with vendors to improve product or raw material quality. Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present validation reports to stakeholders using tools such as 7QC tools to communicate findings and solutions effectively. New Product Development: Develop and implement PFCs (Process Flow Charts) and control plans for new product development. Work across all phases of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) methodologies for new product initiatives. Team Leadership and Training: Manage and guide the team, ensuring they receive necessary training to meet organizational goals. Data Analysis and Presentation Tools: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for detailed analysis and impactful presentations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Interact with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive continuous improvement and maintain product excellence.Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong expertise in LED Drivers, SMPS technology, and related testing methodologies. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes such as SMT and MI. Hands-on experience with APQP methodologies and PFC/control plan preparation. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools. Ability to lead a team, provide training, and ensure skill development. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for vendor and stakeholder management. Familiarity with 7QC tools for data-driven decision-making.Immediate joiner will be preferred.
