Role: Assistant Manager - Business Excellence Experience: (3-9 years) Budget: Up to 14 LPA Location: ThaneKey Responsibilities:Project Management : Lead the project management function. Plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables. Manage internal and external stakeholder communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Design, etc.). Track project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions. Initiate project management meetings, workshops, and processes. Deploy project management tools and systems.Product Development : Facilitate product development and vendor evaluation. Negotiate and execute vendor contracts. Monitor progress and ensure timely, quality deliverables.Business Development : Assess customer needs and develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Evaluate potential partners and coordinate stakeholder meetings.Go-to-Market Strategy : Assist in the formulation and execution of GTM plans. Support sales/marketing teams in preparing proposals, developing collateral, and customer visits. Track sales performance metrics and coordinate logistics for events.Business Planning & Execution : Assist in developing business plans and financial projections. Support the execution of strategic objectives and plans.Team Building : Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy formulation.Qualifications: MBA (Sales/Project Management/Finance)Skills: Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
