SAP Payroll Specialist - Job Overview- The SAP Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing payroll within the SAP environment for all employees at Trident Group. This role will ensure compliance with all local and national regulations, maintain accurate payroll records, and provide support for payroll-related inquiries. The successful candidate will contribute to the optimization of payroll processes and enhance employee experience concerning payroll-related services.Key Responsibilities-Manage end-to-end payroll processing using SAP, including data entry, payroll calculations, and disbursement of salaries. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data for payroll purposes, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status. Process bonuses, overtime, and other variable payments accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and documentation, including tax filings and compliance reports. Assist in the annual audit process and provide necessary documentation and reports as required. Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide excellent customer service. Identify areas for process improvements in payroll processing to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Participate in training and development opportunities to stay abreast of SAP updates and payroll best practices.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in payroll processing within a manufacturing or similar environment with a strong working knowledge of SAP Payroll. In-depth understanding of payroll regulations and labor laws. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in SAP Payroll and related HR modules.Location- Ludhiana
