Let's move together!What you'll do:Contributing to brand and department open to buy planning Assisting with department, brand and product forecasting Maintaining 100% availability on core lines through monitoring performance and re-forecasting based on sale trends Building strong relationships with key stakeholders Prepares trade update for their area, communicating key highlights and lowlights and identifying actions Feeds into the assortment strategy alongside Buying counterpart Ensure the assortment and ranging policies are aligned to the wider business strategy Re-planning and forecasting of the relevant variables including OTB, sales, margin, profit, stock turn and margin mix highlighting opportunities, threats and required action Tracking deliveries vs plan and highlight issues and proposing solutions Ensure best in class data driven approach to reporting, analytics, planning and in season management Will need to have a keen understanding of the market and competition to be able to accurately make suggestions on brands, assortment and pricing for NamshiWhat you'll need: Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or comparable field experience 1-2 years of previous Merchandising experience in the fashion e-commerce space Strong Excel Skills Highly analytical General retail skills and business acumen Solution focused Strong problem solving skills Highly motivated self-starterWho will excel?
