We would like you to produce awesome work for India and our international audience.The Growth Marketer is expected to work across several aspects of marketing – from branding and positioning to targeted outreach, campaigns, events, and communication across channels.Key roles & responsibilities are as under: Work closely with the Business Development team and the Product teams to develop product positioning and messaging, that resonates with merchants and differentiates our product Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for various marketing programs and campaigns Design & implement market specific strategies to accelerate demand generation - SEO, Paid Marketing, Lead magnets like Webinars, E-Books etc Ensure that all marketing projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget Manage external vendors and agency partners to ensure quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines Lead post-project evaluation and analysis to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives Own the content charter: Work with all stakeholders for building marketing communications (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website, email campaigns & newsletters, blogs, customer case studies and whitepapers) Growth Hacking: Take a fail-fast and learn-faster approach to new products and new markets and quickly figure out ways to win big Product Evangelisation: PR / Channel Marketing / Events / ConferencesDesired Qualifications & Skills: Full-time position based in Bangalore Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing or related discipline 1-3 years of product marketing experience, preferably in an Enterprise SaaS industry Foundational marketing and campaign management experience Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to take product adoption to exceptional heights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to carve out actionable, data-driven insights to shape product and marketing strategy Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results through self and others Ability to execute strategies through internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining a high bar on quality of execution Ability to flex with business needs: copywriting, optimizing onboarding conversions, content strategies, email/push, distribution activities Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environmentAbout Juspay Juspay is India's foremost payments software platform.
