Enhance the employer brand through targeted campaigns and strategic partnerships to build a robust talent pipeline. 6. Develop a seamless onboarding framework to ensure smooth integration of new hires and enhance employee experience. 7. Drive a culture of excellence and customer-centricity to promote values of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels. 8. Establish a structured L&D framework to enhance skills and foster continuous employee development. 9. Manage HR operations to ensure compliance with labor laws and optimize operational efficiency. 10. Establish a transparent performance management system to drive a culture of continuous feedback and career progression. 11. Design competitive compensation structures to attract and retain top talent and align rewards with contributions. 12.
