The ideal candidate will have an in -depth knowledge of all steps related to project execution and completion.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors to finalise designs, create samples, and ensure timely approvals. Provide detailed drawings and execution guidelines for site teams. Conduct regular site visits to oversee quality, finishing, and resolve design issues. Work closely with vendors, engineering teams, and consultants to achieve seamless design closures and execution. Maintain a strong focus on design and detailing while ensuring timely project progression. Conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure design vision and client requirements are being adhered to.Qualifications: 12+ years of experiencein architectural offices specializing in high-end residential projects and interiors. Proficiency inAutoCADand other architectural software. Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to effectively interact with clients, consultants, and vendors. Exceptional understanding of drawings and detailing. Confidence, dynamism, and the ability to follow through on tasks effectively.
