At Stymer, you will be part of a team driving product development and innovation for various Epiq Group business units, collaborating with customers in the Middle East and teams across Canada, the USA, and France.Position: Sales Engineer Experience: 3 to 5 years Location: Nanded City Symphony IT Park Sinhagad Road, Pune Workdays: Monday to Friday (Flexible working hours) Website:Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with new prospects in Europe, India, and the Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, etc.) for engineering services. Generate leads through internet research, LinkedIn, field visits, and cold calling. Engage prospects with compelling introductory emails and establish initial contact for inquiries related to FEA, CFD, and Design services. Organize video conferences and client meetings to present the company profile, capabilities, and competencies. Drive business development activities to generate potential inquiries. Convert leads into revenue, achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial deals with clients. Collaborate with senior team members for high-value deals and negotiations. Prepare techno-commercial offers in consultation with the technical team. Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred. Experience in selling engineering services in Gulf and international markets. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
