At Trident, we work hard to establish strong, ethical and regulations complaint corporate governance as one of the pillars of core Manpower structure.Job Overview- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales initiatives across various countries, developing marketing strategies, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of international markets and the ability to manage the order book effectively.Roles & Responsibilities- Strategic Marketing & Sales: • Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the yarn segment in different international markets. • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth. • Develop new customers and market and to the portfolioCustomer Relationship Management: •Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders in target countries. • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Work closely with product development, production, and supply chain teams to align marketing strategies with operational capabilities. • Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.Revenue Target Achievement: • Set and achieve revenue targets in collaboration with the sales team. • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.Market Research and Analysis: • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape. • Analyse data to identify potential markets and develop targeted marketing plans.Dashboards and Reports • Ensure usage of BI Dashboards for analysis and future decision making. • Encourage team to utilize tools like Sales Force & SAP.Role Requirement- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 12+ years of experience in international marketing or sales of Yarn. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
