Main Tasks: Responsible for Sales and Marketing of high-end Luxury residential Apartments associated with Muthoot Homez Projects – Aakkulam, Kowdiar and Sasthamangalam.Areas of Responsibility : Achieve targeted sales closures and generate customer walk-ins from the leads generated. Engaging in various activities to reach out to new prospects and generate interest and leads. Build and run campaigns including e-mail campaigns, social media, and last mile mass activities to drive market reach and connectivity. Budget, Identify and implement effective social media campaigns. Ensure all marketing programs are successful, metrics-driven, and result oriented. Role involves building and preserving trusting relationships with our premier customers. Timely servicing of assigned leads and close sales bookings with the customers. Providing information about product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers. Conducting product presentations and detailing to potential customers during scheduled site visits and customer calls. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Respond to customer queries sent on mail within agreed timelines. Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels. Own the sales process life cycle: inbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their continued engagement and commitment to promoting our services.Special Requirements (If any): Proven track record of achieving sales targets and establishing strong client relationships in the luxury residential sector. Possess demonstrated skills and abilities to achieve and accelerate Apartment Sales growth at the desired level. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Good communication and presentation abilities. Possess knowledge of Social Media Marketing and exposure to BTL activities desired.
