One of thetop global real estate developer/fundis hiring for a full-time AGM/DGM business development individual with anextensive industry knowledge and panache to generate business through networking.Job ResponsibilitiesPipeline Creation & Management: • Create and maintain a strong, diverse top-of-funnel pipeline for critical leasing assets across the portfolio, ensuring the consistent flow of high-quality leads. • Utilize market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential clients for leasing.Client Relationship Building: • Establish, nurture, and deepen relationships with key clients, tenants, brokers, and industry influencers based on the funnel list by asset, enhancing long-term partnerships. • Represent Brookfield Properties at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to strengthen brand presence and promote business development.Lead Generation & Qualification: • Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach, strategic networking, and leveraging existing relationships to generate high-value leads. • Conduct thorough needs assessments and market analysis to qualify leads and determine client requirements, passing on actionable leads to the leasing team once official interest is expressed.Collaboration with Leasing & Marketing Teams: • Collaborate closely with the leasing and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies for lead generation, marketing campaigns, and tenant outreach, maximizing opportunities for lease closures. • Lead or assist in structuring and negotiating leasing terms with potential tenants, ensuring alignment with the organization’s financial and strategic goals.Market Intelligence & Reporting: • Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing senior leadership with updates on pipeline status, lead conversion rates, and business development progress. • Provide actionable insights into market trends, competitor activity, and emerging sectors to inform the broader leasing strategy.Qualification• Post-Graduation, must preferably with a management degree •8+ years of experience in commercial real estate ( office- space ) • Excellent interpersonal skills • Good sense of market and leasing strategies • Ability to build & maintain relationships
