Prepare scaled drawings manually or using software such as AutoCAD. Utilize software tools like Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Rhino for presentations and project visualization. Lead and coordinate 3D works, including design presentations.Team Management : Lead and manage a team of junior designers. Direct and guide workers preparing drawings, documentation, and scaled plans. Ensure effective communication, task allocation, and problem-solving within the team.Project Coordination : Manage and coordinate with various consultants, including MEP and structural teams. Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation and resolve project challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.Project Management : Handle architectural projects like standalone hospitality ventures, resto-bars, lifestyle villas, and 5-star hotels.
