During execution, Geosystems’ positioning, guiding and visualisation solutions empower users to work with the highest efficiency and quality.Key Responsibilities: Develop new Sales opportunities and sources of revenue generation for the assigned Product line/Business unit thereby increasing the market share and popularizing the brand name Overall responsibility for both long-term and short-term strategic planning and development of the business in the assigned business unit Work closely with clients to understand their requirements/business operations and identify new opportunities/projects to position our products/solutions & cater to existing Customer’s requirement Leveraging and exploring new business models and Collaboration and Partnerships for enabling sales, building markets and growth Oversee the long-term sales growth and strategy in assigned accounts like AEC, Forensics, ASI along with new business development from customer segments for Reality Capture products and solutions End to end responsibility of managing sales deals and selling at the highest level Responsible for the execution for Order processing and timely payment collection Directly accountable for profitability and growth of the assigned product line Responsible for coordinating tender/business proposals and technical presentations as per customer requirements Expanding and maintaining a positive and professional reputation for the Organization with the clients and overall Indian market Managing vendors and channel partner ecosystemDesired Skills and Qualifications Should hold an Engineering degree and preferable a master’s in business administration Should have 10+ years of work experience Should have Min. 5 years of industry experience or in adjacent industries Experience in Govt. sales, bids & tendering. Should have a technical bent of mind – position requires techno-commercial acumen Excellent strategic, analytical and conceptual skills Goal-oriented, flexible, persuasive and assertive Should be comfortable with frequent travel for business purposes Should have experience in selling reality capture/Digital Twin technical services and solutions Experience being a representative of a company to external and internal stakeholders e.g. customers, the industry, government, employees. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
