The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.What you'll do:The CEO’s office is responsible for overseeing noon’s key strategic projects and partnerships across all the markets noon operate in. The role requires the candidate to hold multiple responsibilities, drive collaboration across functions, and define & execute core initiatives in line with noon’s overall strategy.Key responsibilities include:Lead strategic relations with key accounts in the retail industry and government. Prepare strategic documents for both internal & external partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the plans. Strategic Projects – Lead standalone projects which improve medium to long term goals of the business Strategy building – Set joint ambitions for brands at noon and prepare a roadmap to achieve plans. Growth - Co-ordinate with brands and internal teams to design and implement growth plans including deals and promotional offers. Conduct monthly review meetings with internal and brand teams on performance - Sales, GMV, Conversion, ASP, etc. Investor Relations – support the CEO with the development of board material/ad-hoc investor requestsWhat you'll need:3-5+ years’ work experience in MBB Consulting or Investment Banking A bachelor’s degree in a related and competitive field from a top tier university (e.g. engineering, finance, economics) Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive business decisions Great problem-solving skills, with a strong track record of finding unique solutions to overcome difficult challenges Ability to quickly absorb new information, simplify and break down issues, and structure tailored solutions to solve them.Who will excel?
