Customer orientation: Understand and meet internal customer needs Project Facilitation: Schedule and coordinate meetings for Six Sigma project reviews, action plan development, and ensure effective communication through minutes of meeting for timely completion of projects. Training and Development: Facilitate training programs on operational excellence tools and methodologies. ACE Promotion: Coordinate and organize promotional events, webinars, flyers and other marketing materials. KPI Management: Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Operational Excellence and prepare dashboard reports for senior management. Process Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities in processes to improve Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and safety continuously and facilitate execution. Kaizen & 5S Engagement: Encourage participation in Kaizen and 5S, organize Kaizen events, and lead teams in external competitions.
