Experience in leading large scale digital transformation programs involving CMS and Commerce platforms(AEM, Sitecore, Adobe commerce cloud, Saleforce commerce cloud). Setting up of High performing teams, working closely with competency and recruitment teams. Proficient in leading Business presentations, and working with Presales teams. Lead detailed design, implementation and integrations as part of large complex agile projects or product engineering teams A deep knowledge of program management and different delivery methodologies Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles Accountability of delivery of multiple large scale engagements while maintaining healthy margins for the organization. Manage client relationship, Manage escalations, Taking feedbacks, Represents Hexaware in steering committee with senior leadership. Leading and managing a team of project managers, technical architects, and be accountable for the overall delivery of the solutions.Essential Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) and a minimum of 15+ years of overall software development experience. Strong working knowledge of CMS and Commerce Solutions Expertise in leading end to end solutions involving commerce, content and order management and integrations Driving Presales working closely with Sales teams on business opportunities and responding to competitive RFPs.
