Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Content Marketing Location: Bengaluru (Onsite Role and No WFH) Experience: 3-6 years in Digital Marketing Shift : US shiftJob Summary:We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager specializing in B2B Content Marketing and Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing, with a strong ability to create compelling content, manage social media for lead generation, and communicate results through polished presentations. This role will drive content strategy, lead engagement on B2B social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), and enhance brand authority and engagement.Key Responsibilities:Content Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute Content Marketing Strategy that aligns with business objectives, targeting enterprise audiences and industry leaders. Create high-quality B2B content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars to engage target markets. Ensure all content supports SEO best practices, aligns with industry trends, and addresses audience pain points. Social Media Marketing (SMM): Develop and execute Social Media Strategies to increase brand authority, engage enterprise clients, and generate qualified leads across LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Create and manage social media campaigns tailored for B2B engagement, utilizing both organic and paid strategies. Engage with industry leaders, potential clients, and business communities through social media to foster relationships and enhance brand credibility. B2B Platform Marketing Strategy: Manage and optimize campaigns on B2B-focused platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube, leveraging the strengths of each for lead generation and brand building. Track platform-specific performance metrics and stay updated with changes that impact B2B marketing. Develop and implement innovative ways to maximize B2B engagement and brand reach on these platforms. Presentation Creation & Delivery: Design and deliver high-impact presentations that effectively communicate B2B marketing strategies, campaign metrics, and insights. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare presentations for client-facing or C-suite engagements, ensuring visual quality and alignment with business goals. Support the sales and business development teams with tailored presentations, using data visualization to highlight strategic value. Campaign & Lead Generation Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate content and social media efforts within broader campaigns, focusing on lead generation and nurturing. Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistency and relevancy to B2B audiences. Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize lead quality and acquisition. Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on content and social media metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Hootsuite. Analyze campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations for Marketing refinement. Share regular updates on engagement, content performance, and lead generation impact. Brand Consistency & Voice: Ensure all content, social media, and presentation assets align with brand voice, industry standards, and buyer expectations. Reinforce brand authority through consistent messaging across digital platforms, establishing credibility within the B2B industry.Key Skills & Requirements:MBA preferred or Minimum Graduate Minimum 3 years experience in Content Marketing Proven expertise in B2B content marketing, social media management, and platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, YouTube, and industry-relevant channels. Strong presentation skills with experience in creating client-facing or C-suite presentations that communicate complex ideas and data clearly. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Hootsuite for tracking and optimizing campaign performance. Exceptional writing and editing skills tailored for communication, with the ability to adapt content to enterprise-level clients. Creative, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with a data-driven approach to digital marketing. Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Social is preferred. Certifications in B2B Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Data Visualization. Experience working in a B2B digital marketing role, preferably within a tech or enterprise-focused environment.
