Required Skills: Qualification: ADIS (Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety) 5+ yrs of work experience on highrise residential project. Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations, and procedures. Ability to spot potential hazards and enforce safety measures effectively. Capable of finding solutions to address safety challenges or hazards on-site.Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and well-being of workers, contractors, and visitors. Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify potential hazards. Perform risk assessments and recommend control measures to prevent accidents. Ensure that safety equipment is in place, such as fall protection, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Organize and deliver safety inductions and training programs for new workers, contractors, and visitors. Provide ongoing safety education, including emergency response training, and ensure workers are aware of site-specific hazards. Investigate accidents, injuries, or near misses to determine the cause and recommend corrective actions. Conduct daily or weekly safety audits to identify unsafe behaviors or conditions. Conduct regular emergency drills and ensure workers are trained in emergency evacuation procedures. Ensure that workers have the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets, gloves, safety glasses, boots, and hearing protection. Hold regular safety meetings and toolbox talks to discuss potential risks and preventive measures. Provide safety reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
