Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Wealth Management Associate at PDM Investment Services in Kolkata. The job entails providing operational and administrative support to Wealth Advisors in a fast-paced financial planning office. The associate will assist the wealth advisor in many areas of our financial planning practice, including answering in-bound calls, preparing new account and service paperwork, facilitating and resolving client service requests, executing transactions, scheduling client meetings, generating and mailing correspondence, and completing other administrative tasks as assigned.Responsibilities Assist Wealth Advisors with daily activities, including maintaining calendars, preparing correspondence, and providing customer service. Work directly with Wealth Advisors to implement and monitor target asset allocations manually or using rebalancing software. Review assigned portfolios to ensure alignment with client investment objectives. Monitor positions, exposures and performance of client portfolios. Prepare and review new account paperwork. Facilitate and resolve client service requests. Prepare and review paperwork and presentation for client meetings. Draft follow-up memos for client meetings and complete applicable tasks. Handle confidential and/or sensitive information responsibly. Maintain admin functions of the office such as office supplies and mail; Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications At least 1 year of financial services experience Graduate / post-graduate degree in finance, business, or financial services Knowledge of financial products and markets Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment Committed to providing exceptional customer service High degree of comfort managing multiple tasks simultaneously Strong character and a positive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills
