You’ll lead strategies that boost sales, conversions, and customer satisfaction on our website, mobile app, and a range of leading marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, AJIO), as well as emerging quick commerce platforms. Your vision, leadership, and data-driven insights will help build YUVAKAA’s reputation as a go-to fashion destination online.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a cohesive online sales strategy that aligns with overall business objectives. Identify and seize growth opportunities, ensuring sustainable scaling and market competitiveness. Platform Performance & Optimization : Oversee operations across YUVAKAA’s website, mobile app, and major e-commerce marketplaces. Continuously refine product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives to maximize orders and conversion rates. Data-Driven Decision-Making : Monitor KPIs, analyze market trends, and interpret customer insights to guide strategic adjustments. Generate and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership. Team Leadership & Collaboration : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing e-commerce sales team. Partner closely with branding, marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling customer experience. Customer Experience Enhancement : Drive improvements in UI/UX, ensuring seamless, user-friendly online shopping journeys. Oversee responsive customer service standards and timely order fulfillment to bolster brand loyalty. Brand Expansion & Innovation : Explore new online retail concepts, exclusive brand store models, and partnership opportunities. Stay ahead of market shifts and emerging digital platforms to maintain YUVAKAA’s competitive edge.Qualifications & Experience Experience : 10+ years in leading e-commerce sales, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle segment. Proven track record in scaling online operations and revenue across multiple marketplaces. Skills : Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, online consumer behavior, and marketplace dynamics. Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with analytical/reporting tools. Preferred : MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience with omnichannel retail operations and quick commerce platforms.Why Join YUVAKAA?
