The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge ofMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O)Advanced Warehousing module, with a focus on implementing, optimizing, and supporting warehouse and supply chain operations. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration : Lead or support implementations of theAdvanced Warehousing modulein D365 F&O. Configure warehouse management functionalities, includingwave processing, location directives, mobile device menus, and inventory tracking . Requirement Gathering & Analysis : Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional requirements related to warehouse operations. Analyze current processes and propose enhancements aligned with D365 best practices. Process Optimization : Design and implement solutions for complex warehousing needs such asmulti-site warehouse operations, inbound/outbound processes, and real-time inventory visibility . Optimize workflows forreceiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns . Integration & Data Management : Ensure seamless integration between Advanced Warehousing and related modules such asInventory, Transportation Management, Sales, and Procurement . Validate data migration and ensure consistency between legacy systems and D365. Testing & Go-Live Support : Conduct thorough system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide support during go-live and post-implementation stabilization phases. Training & Documentation : Develop training materials and deliver hands-on training sessions to end-users and stakeholders. Create and maintain detailed documentation for implemented solutions. Collaboration : Work with technical teams to design and validate customizations or extensions for warehouse-specific scenarios. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience : [3+ years] of experience as a functional consultant with expertise inD365 Advanced Warehousingand at least [2] full lifecycle implementations. Technical Skills : In-depth understanding of Advanced Warehousing concepts such aswave processing, zone and location management, cycle counting, and replenishment . Proficiency in configuringmobile device workflows and RF scanning solutions . Familiarity withTransportation ManagementandInventory Managementmodules is a plus.
