Position Title:Thai Cuisine Chef Reports To:Executive Chef Location:Jamnagar (Gujarat, India)Added advantage for application from Thailand / International job applicants.Job Description: Cooks plan, organize, prepare and cook meals, according to recipes or under the supervision of chefs, in hotels, restaurants and other eating places, on board ships, on passenger trains and in private households. Tasks include planning meals, preparing and cooking foodstuffs; planning, supervising and coordinating the work of kitchen helpers; checking the quality of food; weighing, measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes and personal judgement; regulating the temperature of ovens, grills, roasters and other cooking equipment; inspecting and cleaning the kitchen, kitchen equipment and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices; Operating large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.Thai cuisineskill set is MUST Thai chain restaurantexperience is an advantage in this position. Oversee and monitor production of food & service according to outlet requirements in compliance with HACCP & GMP standard.Job Requirements: 1. Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Food & Beverage Service Management / Culinary Arts / Hotel Management or Equivalent 2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as Thai Chef. Preferable to have served in at least 1 year in Thai Restaurant. 3. Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details 4. Excellent time management, planning organizational skills. 5.
