Efficiently manage departmental teams and resources to meet schedules, address delays, and fulfill demands on time while maintaining quality and minimizing rejections. Target Setting Conduct daily meetings with department heads to assign and communicate targets. Monitor and ensure the accomplishment of these targets within the set timeline. Inter-Department Coordination Facilitate seamless coordination among departments to maximize overall system output. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with purchase and maintenance departments to address production-related challenges. Obtain and communicate plans for issue resolution, enabling adjustments to production schedules as necessary. Problem Resolution Act as a liaison to communicate departmental issues to senior management or support teams for timely resolution. Order Follow-Up Closely track progress on urgent orders flagged by the PPC (Production Planning and Control) department. Communicate delays to the PPC department to ensure updated client communication and rescheduling if needed. Quality Assurance Monitor product quality throughout the production process. Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve quality issues promptly. Performance Monitoring Prepare and analyze performance reports for department heads, including metrics such as: Daily priority vs. actual performance Capacity utilization (daily) Loss control (daily/monthly/yearly)Knowledge & Skills Minimum 10-15 years in production (Preferably in Jewellery manufacturing) Good communication Skills (Verbal & Written) Good working Knowledge in MS Office Good Analytical & Presentation Skills Problem Solving ability to work & learn independently.Education B.Tech/B.E. in MechanicalJob location - Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur.
