We believe in working hard and having fun, and we enjoy celebrating our successes together as a team.Team and importance of the role; As a recruiter, you will be responsible to work with the team in sourcing the candidates from provided job boards, meet monthly hire goals, establish relationships with consultants, candidate negotiation, ATS tracking.Job responsibilities; -Identify and source the candidates from job boards/Gr8 People/Indeed/LinkedIn and other sites. - -Meet the monthly hire goals. - Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities. - Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements. - Update and track candidates in ATS/GR8 people in accordance with standards in real time. - Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders. - Work all assigned job orders until covered. - Attend daily/weekly req. meeting. - Establish relationships with consultants. - Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area. - Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations. - Conduct Text recruit/ email campaignsSkillsets required - Mix experience with APAC countries such as: Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Singapore, Malaysia, Japan - Additional experience in regions like China, Hong Kong, or Korea would be a plus. - 5 years of recruiting experience (Technology Staffing Industry) - A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
