Job description Industry: Skilling, Education, Workforce DevelopmentPosition Overview: We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Social Sector Skilling & Industry Collaboration initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, fostering industry collaborations, and delivering innovative skilling solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role requires deep expertise in enterprise sales, business development, and academic alliances, coupled with leadership and project management capabilities.Key Responsibilities: Industry Collaboration & Partnerships:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to promote skilling initiatives. Identify opportunities for collaboration with corporates, educational institutions, and government bodies to enhance skilling programs. Act as a bridge between industry needs and skilling solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends.Business Development:Drive enterprise sales by developing customized skilling solutions for industries. Expand the organizations footprint through structured methodologies and partner ecosystems. Lead deal closures and manage end-to-end execution of collaborative projects.Strategic Planning & Execution:Design and implement strategies to promote skill development in the social sector. Align skilling initiatives with Organisation broader objectives, ensuring measurable outcomes. Develop innovative solutions such as Job X or other proprietary Organisation offerings to address industry challenges.Key Account Management & Client Servicing:Manage and nurture relationships with top-tier corporate clients and government entities. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, impactful solutions tailored to their needs.Leadership & Team Management:Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets. Mentor and guide team members to achieve individual and organizational goals.Stakeholder Engagement:Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to streamline project implementation. Represent Organisation at industry forums, conferences, and events to promote skilling initiatives.Desired Profile: Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or related preferred). MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution .Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, corporate relations, or social sector engagement, preferably within the education, skilling, or consulting sectors. Proven track record of building and managing partnerships with corporates, academic institutions, and government agencies.Technical & Behavioral Skills:In-depth knowledge of Learning & Development (L&D) and partner ecosystems. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in structured methodologies for business development and client servicing. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.Why Join Us?
