With a proven history of achieving all-cash exits, the company is poised to redefine success in our industry.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to drive our business growth for funded startups as well as big corporate. This role will be responsible for identifying prospects, arranging meetings, and conducting cold calls to identify and pursue business opportunities in the Indian, US and European market.Travel Required:NoKey Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers. Generate leads through cold calling in India and US, email outreach, and other prospecting methods. Develop and maintain a database of leads and opportunities.Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients and partners. Prepare presentations and materials for meetings to showcase our company's offerings. Follow up on leads to ensure a strong conversion rate.Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the Indian market. Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with our products and services. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the Indian market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to identify and create business opportunities. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented. Willingness to travel and attend conferences and meetings.
