Shopper Marketing Managerwill be responsible for market activations for brand development within a channel. This is done across a variety of marketing strategies including product launches, setting up displays and effectively implementing loyalty programs.Job responsibilities:Retail & Channel Management : Developing tailored marketing programs for key retail partners, ensuring consistent messaging, effective in-store promotions, and impactful point-of-sale materials. Campaign Execution & Monitoring : Execution of shopper marketing campaigns, from planning through implementation, ensuring timely and effective roll-out. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets. Channel program outlet management : Effective execution of Bandhna program in top stores, ensuring perfect store execution & evaluating effectiveness. BTL activations:Lead the planning and execution of festival activations in coordination with regional team, engage customers and drive product awareness. Vendor management : Managing vendors end-to-end in terms of negotiations, PO and payments in alignment with procurement and commercial team Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales and category teams to ensure the alignment of shopper marketing efforts with overall marketing campaigns Trade & Shopper Insights : Gather and analyze market and consumer insights to firm up strategies. Analyze shopper and retailer data to identify opportunities and improve the shopper programs Performance Analysis : Track the effectiveness of shopper marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
