Job Description

Responsibilities:-1.Training Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities across the organization.2.Curriculum Development: should have basic understanding on Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives and employee needs. Content Creation: Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.3.Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training sessions, leveraging a variety of instructional methods (e.g., classroom, virtual, blended learning) as when needed4.Performance Measurement: Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs using relevant metrics and KPIs.5.Employee Development: Foster a learning culture by providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.6.Budget Management: Manage the training budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.7.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external & internal leader to achieve year end goals8.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development.9.Six Sigma: Apply Six Sigma methodologies to improve training processes and outcomes.Added Advantage if, has:-Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in using training delivery tools and technologies A passion for continuous learning and improvement Strong understanding of customer centricity and content creation
