5-7 Years experience in end-end Pharma commercial domain/operations Good knowledge in commercial analytics that includes, coverage, primary and secondary research analysis, patient access, contract management, pipeline managed markets Insights, market access, reimbursement, and pricing analytics(can have knowledge in all or few of the listed areas) Identify areas of manual interventions in commercial processes and suggest automated solutions that would help pharma clients achieve their speed to market objectives Should have hands on knowledge onIQVIA Sales data/LAAD data, MMIT, Claims data , Flatironand Desirable to have - Optum, Intrinsiq, HTA, and any other relevant pharma commercial data sets Proficient in MS office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) and Visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense) Excellent written and oral communication skills
