Oversee the development and execution of planograms, store layouts, and visual displays to maximize customer engagement, increase sales, and enhance the shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:Visual Merchandising Strategy Develop and implement VM standards and guidelines for Value-format stores in alignment with the brand's vision. Collaborate with the buying, marketing, and operations teams to translate product strategies into effective store presentations. Concept Creation and Development: Responsible for new concept creation and development. Responsible for developing new concepts for windows, clusters, seasonal/festival launches, and new product launches Planogram Development Design and execute planograms that optimize space utilization and product visibility. Ensure planograms reflect consumer behavior insights, seasonal trends, and promotional strategies. Execution and Compliance Lead in-store teams to execute VM strategies, ensuring consistency across locations. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with VM standards and guidelines. Provide training and support to store teams on planogram implementation and visual merchandising principles. Store Layout Optimization Work closely with the store design and operations teams to develop effective floor plans and layouts. Analyze sales data and customer flow to optimize product placement and store navigation. Team Management Manage and mentor regional VM teams, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Set clear KPIs and performance goals for team members. Trend Analysis and Innovation Stay updated on retail and design trends to ensure innovative and competitive VM strategies. Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance visual presentations. Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field. 9+ years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 5 years managing Value-format retail stores. Proven experience in planogram, Concept creation and implementation.
