Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to ensure designs are relevant and impactful. 4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. 5. Conduct photo retouching, color correction, and other post-production tasks as needed to enhance visual appeal. 6. Maintain organized files and documentation for all design assets to facilitate easy retrieval and version control. 7. Work closely with external vendors, printers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate production and timely delivery of materials. 8. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers or interns, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. 2. Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the skincare and beauty industry. 3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. 4. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and other design fundamentals. 5. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate creative ideas effectively. 6.
