A crucial component of this is assisting them in the financial aspects of the due diligence process.Job DutiesJob Responsibilities Due Diligence professionals analyze financial and operational results of target company through reviewing accounting records. Examining historical trends and discussing significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods Performing analysis on quality of earnings, working capital and debt like items and communicating key findings to the Onsite teams. Assisting clients in identifying pre and post-acquisition transaction issues Performing consistency checks on the data books and reports. Working knowledge of analytics tools like Alteryx, Microsoft power BI etc. Supporting Associate Director in identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term business relationships with Onsite teams. Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail A team player with strong intellectual curiosity, industrious and willing to learn new capabilities.Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesEducation : A bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance A master’s degree in accounting and finance (i.e. M. Com, MBA etc.) Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, CA and CMA, will be advantageous.Experience : Up to 3-6 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence Demonstrated interpersonal and client relationships skills. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Word and Excel
