Global Mobility team in Zensar Technologies, manages international assignments and business travel globally. It primarily includes immigration and managing the assignment life cycle of an employee.Global Mobility is responsible for managing the immigration processes and legal compliances, pre and post travel formalities, assignment management. The role requires good knowledge of immigration rules and excellent interpersonal skills.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible to manage UK and Europe immigration and assignments Facilitate, coordinate, and submit UK & Europe visa and work permit applications for employees and their dependents Provide up-to-date advice on immigration guidelines Track and monitor progress of all applications and maintain constant contact with all the relevant agents/authorities Collaborate with HR and other internal stakeholders for assignment management Driving and coordinating the global mobility process, communication with all involved parties (employees, HR stakeholders, business units) Ensure compliance with immigration and local regulations Maintaining accuracy of data and documents Carry out pre-assignment briefing and orientation sessions Prepare and analyze work permit/ visa expiration reports and action steps for renewal of visa/ permits as per the law of land.
