Job Description

Key Responsibilities : 1.Talent Sourcing & Recruitment : • Identify and source candidates across all levels, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture. • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to attract the best talent. • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. 2.Compensation Negotiation: • Manage salary discussions and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates, balancing budget constraints with talent expectations. • Finalize joining dates in collaboration with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions. 3.Collaboration with Start-up Teams : • Partner with start-up teams to understand dynamic hiring needs and develop agile strategies to fill critical roles. • Support and guide team leaders in building high-performing teams that drive business success. 4.On boarding & Integration : • Oversee a professional and structured on boarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience. • Facilitate orientation sessions, training programs, and other resources to help new hires integrate quickly into the company culture. • Act as a point of contact for new employees, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Key Skills & Qualifications : • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the food retail, FMCG, or related industries. • Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively handle compensation discussions. • Demonstrated ability to work with fast-paced start-up teams and meet aggressive hiring deadlines. • Expertise in on boarding processes, employee engagement, and team-building strategies. • Deep understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms to source diverse talent pools. • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications: • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field. • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Familiarity with Pan-India hiring trends and employment laws.
