The Account Executive’s role at Maino is a key part of our Commercial Sales Organization that’s based out of our office in Bangalore, IN and caters to our clientele globally. This is not a team management role (at least to begin with) and is an individual contributor role.Time to get down to business: Here's what you'll be doing: Identify, prospect & sell Maino to “new logo” customers in your territory Tier your accounts and prospect into them alongside your SDR, via tailored and relevant outreach campaigns (social, email and cold calling) Focus on potential deals greater than USD 15,000 ARR Create a territory plan and strategy to meet and/or exceed quota Work and follow up with internal inbound MQL's Provide customer Product Demonstrations to show knowledge and to show how Maino meets and/or exceeds their business requirements Create and follow a 15 step ABM (Account Based Marketing) Outbound Sequence to multiple executive level personas to accounts in your territory plan Build, develop and manage your sales pipeline Lead and communicate effectively with other departments such as sales development, marketing and customer success throughout & post the sales process Maintain a very high degree of CRM Hygiene (Hubspot) Commit to continuous improvement and constant learning Stay informed about industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the sales and marketing space. Share relevant insights with the team to enhance sales effectiveness. Must-Have Gear: What you'll need to join the team:Minimum 5-8 years experience managing complex ”lead to close” sales cycles; preferably in a high-velocity SaaS environment with a focus on acquisition of new customers (Hunter role) Experience in having worked on and end-to-end deals upwards of USD 30,000 ARR Experienced in Value Selling and other key sales methodologies (Sandler, Challenger Sale, BASHO..etc) Baseline domain knowledge in the field of SaaS, CSM, CRM or ITSM is highly important Technical aptitude: Comfortable using sales software and tools, including CRM systems and sales engagement platforms like CloudTalk. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a geographic territory selling complex software solutions Customer-oriented, extraordinary communication skills, high curiosity and an eagerness to learn are must-have traits Self-motivated and proactive: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage time efficiently. Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results. Organisational skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
