Job Description

Customer Relationship Management Follow market reach out system with Direct Customers (high net worth individuals), builders, retailers, architect and Interior Designers meeting and calling / Market scanning & leads generation. Build relationships and network with Project Management Companies, Architects and Interior Designer and developing business Sales Achieve sales targets and revenue generation as per mutually agreed Sales plan Monthly/ Annually Ensure sales completion process is followed- site handover / feedback form and final Payments realizations Exhibit basic knowledge of Architectural requirements & drawings understanding with complete Glass work assessment for Internal & Façade related work in order to facilitate conversations with customers Process Excellence Exhibit coordination abilities with internal departments for ensuring timely response, execution and after sales service to customers Record and update the data on New clients, Architecture and working of competitors and share the same with Sales Head on monthly basis
