Ltd. plays a critical role in expanding the company's presence in Mumbai, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. The role is suited for a self-driven and target-oriented professional who can independently identify and engage with potential clients while fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is an achiever with a strong sales aptitude, capable of driving results in the industrial machinery domain.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development and Customer Acquisition Strategically identify, approach, and acquire new customers within the assigned territories (Mumbai, Gujarat, Maharashtra). Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and assess competition in the industrial machinery sector. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.Sales Execution and Revenue Growth Drive sales of Cosmos Pumps products by presenting value-driven solutions to clients in the mechanical and industrial machinery domains. Prepare and deliver compelling technical and sales presentations to customers. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.Client Relationship Management Cultivate strong and long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers. Act as the primary point of contact for all client queries, ensuring timely resolution. Gather client feedback to improve customer satisfaction and product offerings.Territory Management Plan and execute sales strategies specific to Mumbai, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. Regularly visit client locations for face-to-face interactions, product demonstrations, and on-site support. Monitor and report on competitor activities in the region.Sales Reporting and Forecasting Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and reports to the Chief Sales Officer. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Key RequirementsEducation Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Experience Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, particularly in the mechanical field and industrial machinery products. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Skills and Competencies Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned regions.Personal Attributes Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
