Leverages his / her strong understanding and expertise in designing cutting-edge application architecture for scalability, performance and High Availability. Design & help to define service APIs, integration interfaces and integration mechanisms with partner systems on AWS/other public cloud infrastructure. Build Serverless platforms from grounds-up using public PaaS offerings.Responsibilities & KPIsPerform review of the code developed by technology partner teams. Work with multiple teams (Technology, Data Science and operations) to ensure the application delivery is on time. Improve scalability and performance of the product by designing and delivering software and infrastructure Drive technology partnerships, working closely with strategic partners in the design and development of sophisticated digital applications.Team Management Build a strong talent management model for the function and lay down career growth plan for software development/services team Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent within the function Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review team/member performance. Identify and create growth opportunities for team members to enhance functional knowledgeDesired Skills Technical Skills BE/BTech/MCA in computer science or information systems from a leading engineering institute Over 6+ years of experience in the desired capabilities Experience in implementing SaaS based platform Strong background in Java/J2EE based web application architecture, Angular/UI, Typescript, HTML, CSS. MEAN/MERN (preferred) Experience on design & implementations based on Microservices architecture Experience on cloud native architecture preferably AWS Deep knowledge on leading open-source frameworks in Spring stack and API based architecture Strong knowledge on Agile (Scrum) methodology and best practices Hands on experience in Design Patterns, Micro service Architecture, API designs and Data modeling.
