Position : Manager-International Sales Location:Kochi, Kerala Industry : Food ProcessingSkills: Should have good contact and experience to US & Canada etc. Knowledge of appointing distributors, marketing products in the countries. Knowledge of FMCG marketing in these countries.Roles: 1.Achievement of overall sales budget (country wise and category wise volume/value) monthly/quarterly/annually. 2.Profitability -Country wise and overall profitability. 3.Preparation of Exports sales budget along with ATL &BTL budget. 4.Overseas market visits for market mapping, distributor relationship management &assess the market scenario w.r.t. Elite products and its competition. 5.New product development-Business plan for new products in terms of pricing, volume projections and resources required BTL, plans ,etc 6.Order management through team for timely order dispatches. 7.Stock out report analysis reports of distributors and order management on a timely basis. 8.Budgetary review. 9.Manpower &other resources budgeting.
