The Team Lead- US Accounting and Bookkeeping will be responsible for leading a team of accountants, reviewing financial statements, managing timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met. The successful candidate will help develop and execute process improvements and support a high-functioning and motivated team while delivering high-quality work to our clients.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Excellent knowledge of US GAAP and US taxation 5-7 years of relevant work experience in US accounting and bookkeeping Prior experience leading a team Demonstrated ability to generate new ideas and drive process improvements Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment CPA certification is a plus Experience with real estate accounting is a plus
