For more information, visit Main Tasks: Independent accurate and timely preparation of monthly-, quarterly- and annual financial statements under IFRS/Indian Accounting Standards Execute day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers and reconciliations Maintain accuracy in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements Handle tax audits, filings, and coordinate with external auditors and consultants Maintain inventory and general staff lists Performing various general accounting and intercompany activities Generate reports and statements for internal use Monitor expenditures and recommend cost-saving measures Establish and maintain strong internal controls and processes to ensure financial integrity Supervise and mentor junior accountants Establishing and maintaining effective work relationships within departments Working on ongoing projects and digitalization in the finance departmentQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Chartered Accountant (CA) or similar certifications preferred Fluency in English 6 - 8 years of experience Skilled MS office user Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or similar ERP system and/or CPM system Thorough understanding of accounting principles, compliance with Indian laws and regulations Must be able to organize, plan, prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skillsWhat We Offer: At JAGGAER, we are committed to supporting you and your family’s well-being.
