Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to strategize, implement, and optimize our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will drive performance marketing, lead generation, and engagement through innovative digital campaigns tailored to the overseas education market.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across all digital platforms. Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and analyse multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email, SEO, etc.) to attract prospective students. Content Marketing: Oversee content creation for blogs, videos, email marketing, and social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience preferences. Social Media Management: Build and manage the company’s social media presence, creating and scheduling engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. SEO/SEM Optimization: Drive organic traffic and optimize paid campaigns for maximum ROI, ensuring high visibility on search engines. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and achieve KPIs. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including admissions, business development, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business goals. Market Trends: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms to keep strategies innovative and effective.Key RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or service industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising tools. Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and keyword research tools. Creative Skills: Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities with a keen eye for design aesthetics. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance. Soft Skills: Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
